Product prices and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. If we discover an error, we will correct it promptly. Pricing errors discovered at checkout will not be honored.
We provide estimated shipping dates and delivery times for orders once available. These are not guaranteed and may shift due to supply or other issues. We will notify you of any significant changes.
Taxes and fees may apply to purchases and depend on many factors. We do not collect taxes on behalf of sellers nor file tax documents on behalf of marketplace sellers. Sellers are responsible for taxes and filings related to their marketplace sales.
To complete a purchase, you must provide a valid payment method and shipping and billing information, along with any other data requested. By placing an order, you affirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4. Product Descriptions

5. Shipping & Delivery
We will pack, ship, and deliver purchases to the shipping address you provide, using the shipping carrier and method displayed at checkout.
For in-stock items, we will dispatch within the timeframe displayed at checkout, after order confirmation. Pre-orders and made-to-order products may take longer to fulfill before shipping.
We only ship to valid addresses within the 50 United States. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time. We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping costs depend on your order total, shipping method, and location. Costs are clearly displayed during checkout prior to purchase completion. Title and risk of loss transfers to you on delivery.
We make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates but cannot guarantee them. We will notify you of any significant delays. We are not liable for any damages related to delivery delays, including loss of use or profits or special, incidental, consequential, or other damages.
For any lost or damaged shipments, contact us within 5 days of expected delivery with details. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Purchases can be returned for a refund or exchanged for store credit if they meet the following criteria:
- Items are in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging
- Returns are initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Physical items are packed and shipped back to us per our instructions
Custom, monogrammed, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items may have different return policies communicated at time of purchase.

You are responsible for shipment costs of returned items. Refunds are generally issued within 5-7 business days of return receipt and inspection. Store credit is applied immediately on receipt of eligible exchanges.

Completing an account registration with valid data is required to be able to purchase, receive order status updates, leave reviews, save your information for future use, participate in promotions, and take advantage of other site features.
You agree to provide true and accurate information when registering an account, update the data when it changes, and safeguard your password and account credentials.
